• For works over Rs. 5.00 crores, bidders must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost in any three financial years of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26).

• Bidders must have a total financial turnover in Civil Engineering works not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years of the last preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26).
• Bidders must have an available bid capacity greater than the total estimated cost of the works.
• Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is required at 1% of the estimated cost, to be submitted online.

• Bidders must possess specific plant and machinery either owned or on hire/lease, including Hydraulic Excavator, Vibratory Roller/Soil Compactor, Self-loading Concrete Mixer, and Generator (33 KVA), with additional requirements for well foundation (Crawler Crane) and pile foundation (Piling Rig with Bentonite Pump).

• The bid shall remain open for acceptance for a period of ninety days from the last date of receipt of bids.
• The time for completion for each work is specified in the annexure, ranging from 12 to 15 calendar months.
