Any grievance or complaint must be submitted within 3 days of Technical Bid opening.
Proposals shall remain valid for a period of 180 days from the date of opening of the technical proposal.

Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) of 5% of the Contract Value is required within 15 days of acceptance of the proposal, valid for three months beyond the contract period.

Payment for the assignment will be a lump sum amount, exclusive of GST, which will be paid extra.

The total penalty amount shall be limited to 10% of the total contract value (excluding GST).
Failure to furnish deliverables as per agreed timeline may result in forfeiture of the PBG and debarment from future bids for five years.
Allowable change limit for key professionals is once for the entire project duration of 4 months; exceeding this limit incurs liquidated damages of 10% of the contract value.
All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar only.
The Client reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to annul or amend the bidding process without assigning any reason.
