The period of completion is 11 (Eleven) calendar months from the date of issue of the work order.
The bid shall remain valid for acceptance for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of tenders.
If the 1st lowest bidder does not turn up for agreement, they will be debarred for three years and action will be taken to blacklist them.

Any defect noticed during the one-year period after actual completion must be rectified by the contractor at their own cost.
Liquidated damages will be imposed as per contract conditions if the agency fails to achieve milestones.
Quantities can be increased or reduced by 10% for individual items, subject to a maximum of 5% over the estimated cost.
