The period of completion is 11 (Eleven) calendar months from the date of issue of the work order.
The bid shall remain valid for acceptance for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of tenders.
If the 1st lowest bidder does not turn up for agreement after finalization, they will be debarred from participation for three years and may be blacklisted.
