• Successfully executed at least three (3) similar projects, each having a contract value of not less than ₹10.00 lakh, during the last three (3) financial years (FY 2023–24, FY 2024–25, FY 2025–26).

• Average annual turnover equal to or more than ₹25.00 lakh during the last three completed financial years (FY 2023–24, FY 2024–25, FY 2025–26).
• Positive net worth as on the end of the latest completed financial year preceding the Bid Due Date.
• EMD is Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), refundable, deposited through e-Payment Gateway.

• Deployment of adequate trained and experienced sanitation workers, supervisors, and housekeeping personnel in appropriate shifts (day and night).
• Deployment of additional manpower during peak footfall hours, special programs, and high-demand periods.
• Maintenance of a rapid-response sanitation team for urgent cleaning requirements.

• Tender (Bid) Cost is Rs. 11,800/- (Including GST), non-refundable, deposited through e-Payment Gateway.
• Proposals shall be valid for acceptance by KMC for a period of sixty (60) days from the Bid Due Date.
• Sanitation and housekeeping activities shall commence two (2) days prior to the commencement of Balijatra and continue for a minimum period of fifteen (15) days after completion of the event.
