• Firms/Companies/Registered Contractors must have successfully completed HT electrical Work(s) valuing not less than Rs. 194.23 Lakh (30% of estimated cost excluding GST) in any one year during the last 5 years in any Govt. Sector, Public Sector, or Govt. Parastatal of India, including at least one HT work of 33KV/11 KV.
• Firms/Companies/Registered Contractors must have an annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 258.98 Lakh (40% of estimated cost, excluding GST) in any one financial year during the last 5 financial years, certified by a Chartered Accountant with UDIN.
• Bidders who have applied for/are undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)/Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) or facing recovery proceedings from Financial Institutions or are facing Sickness and under consideration of Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) in the last 3 financial years are not eligible.

• The bidder should have adequate bid capacity as per Clause 32.3, Section-2(B).
• The Bid Security (EMD) is Rs. 6.48 Lakh, to be remitted online.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be required if the bid amount is less than the estimated cost, calculated based on a sliding scale relative to the percentage below the estimated cost.

• The period of completion for the work is 06 (Six) Calendar Months.
• The bid for the work shall remain valid for a period of 120 (One Hundred Twenty) days from the date of opening of the Price Bid.
