If any Bidder/Tenderer withdraws their bid before the said period or modifies terms, the EMD shall be forfeited.

If ROPL is up to (-) 10%, no APS is required.
If ROPL is below (-) 10% but not below (-) 20%, APS percentage increments by 0.2% for every percentage of ROPL below (-) 10%.
If ROPL is below (-) 20% but not below (-) 30%, APS percentage increments by 0.3% for every percentage of ROPL below (-) 20%, plus 2% of the accepted bid price.
If ROPL is below (-) 30% or more, APS percentage increments by 0.5% for every percentage of ROPL below (-) 30%, plus 5% of the accepted bid price.
APS shall be deposited in shape of Term Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee within seven days of issue of Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
