The completion period varies from 9 to 12 calendar months.

EMD is required at 1% of the estimated cost, to be transferred online.
Upon acceptance of the tender, the successful tenderer shall deposit an initial security deposit to make 2% of the work cost (including EMD) within 10 days from the date of written intimation of acceptance.
Failure to deposit the initial security or sign the contract within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of EMD and withdrawal of the tender acceptance.
Additional Performance Security (APS) will be obtained from the successful bidder if the bid amount is less than the estimated cost, in shape of Term Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee.
The APS percentage is incremented based on the 'Rounding Off of Percentage Less (ROPL)' of the accepted bid price compared to the estimated cost.
APS is to be deposited within seven days of issue of Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
Failure to deposit APS will result in cancellation of bid, debarment for 180 days, and blacklisting proceedings.
If the tenderer backs out from the offer before acceptance, EMD will be forfeited.
