The intending tenderer(s) should possess the following machinery either owned or on hire/lease: Concrete Mixture - 1 No., Centering/Shuttering Plates - 1500 Sft., Water Tanker - 1 No., Needle Vibrator - 1 No., Plate Vibrator - 1 No.
Cement to be used must be Ordinary Portland cement (IS: 269), High strength ordinary Portland cement (IS: 8112), or Portland Slag Cement (IS: 445) with prior Engineer approval.

The contractor shall employ one or more Engineering Graduates or Diploma Engineers as apprentices for works costing Rs. 2.5 Lakhs or more, with stipends not less than Rs. 2000/month for Graduates and Rs. 1600/month for Diploma holders.
The contractor must submit monthly returns of Labour (High Skilled, skilled, Semi-Skilled, and unskilled).
