Black annealed wire (not thinner than 24 gauge) must be used for tying reinforcements.
Sanitary fixtures must be of first quality, manufactured by Hindustan Sanitary Ware/Parryware/Nycer, and approved by the Engineer-in-charge of the G.P.H. Wing.

Standing Urinals must be flat pattern lipped front basin of required dimension of White Vitreous China, with internal flushing box rim of an approved make and brand.
Squatting Urinal Plates must be White Glazed Vitreous China with integral flushing rim of size 450 X 350mm of approved make and brand.

Bids shall remain open for acceptance for 90 days from the last date of receipt of bids.
The authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning reasons.
The date of issue of the notice to the contractor to attend the Division office for signing the agreement shall be treated as the date of commencement of work.

No claim for monetary compensation will be entertained for delays due to the Department if a no-claim undertaking is furnished.

The contractor will not claim anything if the work is curtailed or stopped at any stage.

Forfeiture of EMD will occur if a bidder withdraws or modifies their bid before the validity period.
Successful bidders must deposit an additional sum to make the total initial security 2% of the accepted tender cost (excluding additional EMD for hiring machinery outside State) within 10 days of LoA.
Failure to deposit additional initial security or sign the agreement within the stipulated time will result in EMD forfeiture and withdrawal of tender acceptance.
Additional Performance Security (APS) will be obtained from the successful bidder if the bid amount is less than the estimated cost put to tender, calculated incrementally based on the 'Rounding Off of Percentage Less (ROPL)' of the accepted bid price.
APS must be in the shape of Term Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee pledged in favor of the Divisional Officer within seven days of LoA.
Failure to furnish APS will result in bid cancellation, debarment for 180 days, and blacklisting proceedings.
