• Unless a Civil Engineer Contractor, the successful bidder must deploy at least one experienced Civil Engineer at the work site with a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from an AICTE recognized institute and at least two years of post-qualification experience.
• Bidders who have applied for/are undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)/Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR), facing recovery proceedings from Financial Institutions, or declared 'Sick' by BIFR in the last three financial years are not eligible.

• Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is 1% of the Estimated Cost for each work, to be furnished online.
• Initial Security Deposit (ISD) of not less than 2% of the accepted tender value must be furnished within 7 days of Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be required if the accepted bid price is lower than the Cost Put to Tender, calculated incrementally based on the percentage difference.
