Completion certificates for similar work must be furnished from an Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of an Executive Engineer, clearly indicating name, details, value, commencement, and completion dates.
Executed at least one similar nature of work (as described above) whose value is not less than 60% (excluding GST) of the estimated cost, OR two similar works each costing not less than 40% (excluding GST), OR three similar works each costing not less than 20% (excluding GST) of the estimated cost, within the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26 & Current Financial Year).

For similar nature of work started before FY 2021-22, the work must have been successfully completed and handed over during the last seven financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26 & Current Financial Year), with year-wise price breakup (Schedule-G) from commencement to completion, certified by an Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of an Executive Engineer.

Compensation for delay is 1.5% per month of the tendered value, calculated on a per-day basis, with a maximum total compensation of 10% of the tendered value.
