Eligibility
7 items- Open to all Contractors of the class mentioned in the Invitation for Bids registered with the State Governments and Contractors of Equivalent Grade/Class Registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of civil works.
- Contractors not registered with Govt. of Odisha can participate after enrolment but must register with the appropriate state authority before work award.
- Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or is proposed as Project Manager.

- Bidders must disclose if a relative is employed as an Officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department.
- Joint ventures are not acceptable.
- The civil contractor must enter into a notarized MOU with an eligible registered electrical contractor having valid H.T./M.V/L.T. license.
- The fire safety firm must be registered under any state Govt./Central Govt. Organization for installation & commissioning of Fire Safety services.
