• Achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 105.36 Lakh (estimated cost) in civil engineering construction and maintenance works during the last three financial years, certified by a Chartered Accountant.
• Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for similar works (construction/maintenance of roads) during the last five financial years: either three works costing not less than Rs. 26.34 Lakh each, or two works costing not less than Rs. 36.88 Lakh each, or one work costing not less than Rs. 52.68 Lakh.
• Available bid capacity must be more than the total bid value, calculated as (A * N * 2.5 - B), where A is maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during last three years, N is number of years for completion, and B is value of existing commitments and ongoing works.

• The EMD/bid security is Rs. 1,05,400.00, to be remitted online.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) is required if the bid amount is less than the estimated cost, calculated incrementally based on the percentage difference from the estimated cost, and must be furnished within seven days of LOA.
• The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Security (Initial Security Deposit) of 2% of the tendered amount in specified forms and sign the agreement in PWD Form P-1.

• Contractors must furnish evidence of ownership of principal machineries/equipments in Schedule-C (Annexure-I) and secure a minimum of 80% marks for them.
• If executing several works, a time schedule for movement of equipment/machinery from one site to the tendered work site must be furnished (Annexure-IV of Schedule-C).
• Ownership documents for machineries planned for deployment must be furnished, or a certificate from the Superintending Engineer (Annexure-III of Schedule-C) if currently deployed elsewhere, indicating release period.
