• Achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 146.85 Lakh (estimated cost) in civil engineering construction and maintenance works during the last three financial years ending 31st March of the previous financial year, certified by a Chartered Accountant.
• Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for similar works (construction/maintenance of roads) during the last five financial years: either three works costing not less than Rs. 36.71 Lakh each, or two works costing not less than Rs. 51.40 Lakh each, or one work costing not less than Rs. 73.43 Lakh.
• Available bid capacity must be more than the total bid value, calculated as (A * N * 2.5 - B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last three years (with escalation), N is the number of years prescribed for completion (taken as one year for completion periods less than one year), and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 01 year (with escalation).

• The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)/bid security is Rs. 1,46,900.00 (1% of estimated contract value), to be remitted online.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) is required if the bid price is less than the estimated cost, calculated incrementally based on the percentage difference (ROPL) from the estimated cost, and must be furnished within seven days of the Letter of Acceptance.
• APS is not required if ROPL is up to (-)10%.

• The contractor must furnish evidence of ownership of principal machineries/equipments in Schedule-C as per Annexure-I of the Qualification information under Section-3B, securing a minimum of 80% marks.
