Eligibility
6 items- Possess Portal Enrolment (Digital Signature Certificate) (DSC) of Class – II or III category.
- Validly registered as a Contractor M.V./H.T. electrical Contractor in the required Class under Govt. of Odisha through any Appropriate Public Authority.
- Exclusively registered as a Contractor L.T./H.T. electrical Contractor under any Urban Local Body(s) / Development Authority(s)/ Board(s)/ Corporation(s)/Company(s) (State Govt. Organizations/ Offices Executing Engineering Construction Works and fully or substantially owned/ operated/ governed by Govt. of Odisha) in the required/equivalent Class/Category.

- Validly registered as a Contractor L.T./H.T. electrical Contractor in equivalent Grade/Class/Category under the Central Government/ any other State Government/ MES/ Railways/ Public Sector Undertakings.
- Furnish due authorization from the manufacturer signed on the letterhead by an authorized signatory of the manufacturer.
- Dealers/distributors/contractors must furnish an undertaking from the manufacturer guaranteeing successful operation of the project, including warranty and support.
