Eligibility
7 items- Bidders must possess a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class II or III category.
- Bidders must be validly registered as a Contractor M.V./H.T. electrical Contractor in the required Class under Govt. of Odisha through any Appropriate Public Authority.
- Bidders must have been exclusively registered as a Contractor L.T./H.T. electrical Contractor under any Urban Local Body(s) / Development Authority(s)/ Board(s)/ Corporation(s)/Company(s) (State Govt. Organizations/ Offices Executing Engineering Construction Works and fully or substantially owned/ operated/ governed by Govt. of Odisha), in the required/equivalent Class/Category.

- Alternatively, bidders must be validly registered as a Contractor L.T./H.T. electrical Contractor in equivalent Grade/Class/Category under the Central Government/any other State Government/MES/Railways/Public Sector Undertakings.
- Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha can participate after portal enrolment but must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before work award.
- Successful bidders from Sl. 1(b) category must undergo necessary Registration in Appropriate Class as a Contractor under any Appropriate Public Authority of Govt. of Orissa before signing the agreement, within fifteen days from the Date of Issue of Letter of Intent.
- Each successful bidder must empanel themselves as a Contractor under the Brahmapur Municipal Corporation (if not already validly empanelled) within fifteen days from the Date of issue of Letter of Intent.
