Eligibility
8 items- Bidders must possess a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class II or III category.
- Bidders must be validly registered as an M.V./H.T. electrical contractor in the required Class under the Govt. of Odisha through any Appropriate Public Authority.
- Alternatively, bidders can be exclusively registered as an M.V./H.T. electrical contractor under any Urban Local Body(s) / Development Authority(s)/ Board(s)/ Corporation(s)/Company(s) (State Govt. Organizations/ Offices Executing Engineering Construction Works and fully or substantially owned/ operated/ governed by Govt. of Odisha).

- Alternatively, bidders can be validly registered as an M.V./H.T. electrical contractor in equivalent Grade/ Class/Category under the Central Government/ any other State Government/ MES/ Railways/ Public Sector Undertakings.
- Contractors must furnish due authorization from the manufacturer signed on the letterhead by an authorized signatory of the manufacturer.
- Dealers/distributors/contractors must furnish an undertaking from the manufacturer guaranteeing successful operation of the project, including warranty and support.
- Successful bidders from category 1(b) must undergo necessary registration in the appropriate Class as a Contractor under any Appropriate Public Authority of Govt. of Orissa before signing the agreement, within fifteen days from the Date of Issue of Letter of Intent.
- Each successful bidder must empanel themselves as a Contractor under this office (if not already validly empanelled) within fifteen days from the Date of issue of Letter of Intent.
