SHIFTING AND MODIFICATION OF 11KV NETWORK FOR ROAD WIDENING BY R and B DEPARTMENT FROM INDIRA CHAWK TO PURNAGADA CHAWK, JEYPORE UNDER ESO NO III ELECTRICAL SECTION.

• SC/ST contractors may claim 10% price preference by submitting valid caste certificates and specifically claiming it in the affidavit, along with Additional Performance Security.
• Contractors exempted from EMD must produce attested true copies of the exemption certificate affidavit.
• The Bid Security amount is Rs. 10,000/- (Online).
• Bidders hiring machineries or equipment from outside the State or owned but deployed outside the State are required to transfer online 1% of the amount put to tender as Bid security.
• Additional Performance Security will be taken on an incremental basis from selected bidders for low bid prices, specifically the differential cost between the estimated cost and the quoted amount, to be furnished within seven days of the Letter of Acceptance.
• Failure to furnish Additional Performance Security will result in bid cancellation, forfeiture of EMD/Bid Security, and blacklisting.
• The successful bidder shall submit 2% of the cost put to tender as initial security deposit during agreement.
• The tender will be rejected due to non-submission of bid cost and bid security.
• If the bidder fails to submit original documents within the stipulated date, their bid security shall be forfeited.
• Any false/fabricated/bogus information furnished by the bidder will result in forfeiture of EMD/BID Security, blocking of portal registration, and blacklisting.
• Combined bid security for more than one work is not acceptable.
• The Bid Security may be forfeited if the bidder withdraws the bid after opening but within the validity period, seeks revision of rates, fails to submit original documents, or fails to sign the agreement or furnish required performance security.
• In case of failure or refusal to execute the order, EMD will be forfeited and the supply order cancelled.
