• Contractors must be 'B' Class registered with the State Government or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways/CPWD.
• Successful bidders not registered under State Government must register under the appropriate registering authority of the State Government of Odisha in the appropriate class before award of work.
• Contractors whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who have abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date are debarred from qualification.

• Bidders hiring machineries from outside the state or owned but deployed outside the state must remit an additional 1% EMD/Bid Security.

• Contractors intending to hire/lease equipment/machineries must furnish proof of ownership from the company/person providing equipment on hire/lease, along with contracts/agreements/lease deeds for a minimum period of 18 months from the last date of receipt of bid documents.
