Eligibility
7 items- Bidders must possess a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class – II or III category.
- Bidders must be validly registered as a Contractor M.V./H.T. electrical Contractor in the required Class under Govt. of Odisha through any Appropriate Public Authority.
- Bidders should have been exclusively registered as a Contractor L.T./H.T. electrical Contractor under any Urban Local Body(s) / Development Authority(s)/ Board(s)/ Corporation(s)/Company(s) (State Govt. Organizations/ Offices Executing Engineering Construction Works and fully or substantially owned/ operated/ governed by Govt. of Odisha), in the required/equivalent Class/Category to suit the respective Work/Package.

- Alternatively, bidders should have been validly registered as a Contractor L.T./H.T. electrical Contractor in equivalent Grade/ Class/Category under the Central Government/ any other State Government/ MES/ Railways/ Public Sector Undertakings to suit the respective Work/Package.
- Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha must enroll in the portal and subsequently register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before the award of work.
- Successful bidders from the category of registration under Urban Local Bodies/Development Authorities/etc. will have to undergo necessary registration as a Contractor under any Appropriate Public Authority of Govt. of Orissa before signing the agreement.
- Each successful bidder will have to empanel themselves as a Contractor under the Brahmapur Municipal Corporation (if not already validly empanelled) within fifteen days from the Date of Issue of Letter of Intent.
