• The successful bidder must furnish an Initial Security Deposit (ISD) amounting to not less than 2% of the accepted value of the tender within 7 days from the date of issue of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

• The period of completion for works ranges from 180 to 365 Calendar Days.
• The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of technical bid opening.
