• The applicant should have successfully completed or substantially completed similar nature of works during the last seven years ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited, meeting one of the following: three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; or two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
• Minimum annual turnover of Civil construction works shall not be less than Rs. 1913.94 Lakh (excluding GST) over the last five years from the Base Year 2026-27.

• Assessed Available Bid Capacity must be more than the Estimated Cost of the work.
• The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)/Bid Security is Rs. 19.14 Lakh, to be submitted online.

• The contractor must furnish evidence of ownership of principal machineries/equipment as per Annexure-I of Schedule-C, including Hot Mix Plant (60-90 TPH) - 1 No., Wet Mix Plant (60 TPH) - 1 No., and Paver finisher with Sensor Control - 1 No.
• If executing several works, the contractor must furnish a time schedule for movement of equipment/machinery from one site to the tendered work site.
