Abnormally low bids may be rejected if the bidder fails to demonstrate capability to deliver the contract at the offered price.
The work is to be completed in all respects within 12 (Twelve) calendar months from the date of issue of the work order.
All tenders received will remain valid for a period of 90 days from the last date prescribed for receipt of tenders.
The quantity mentioned can be increased or reduced to the extent of 10% for individual items, subject to a maximum of 5% over the estimated cost.
The period of completion is fixed and cannot be altered except in exceptional circumstances with due approval of the next higher authority, and no escalation of cost beyond the agreement value will be allowed.
Royalty will be recovered from each bill unless K Forms are enclosed.
