• Bidders must have successfully completed similar type of work(s) in any one year during the last 7 years, meeting one of these criteria: three works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, or two works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or one work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
• Similar work must cover construction of Road/Drain/Culvert/Bridge/Building work(s) for State Government/Central Government/PSUs/ULBs/Municipal Corporation.
• Bidders must have an Average Annual Financial Turnover of not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the corresponding work during the last 3 financial years (FY 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26).

• Each intending bidder must furnish EMD @ 1% of the Estimated Cost put to tender, paid online.
• The successful bidder must furnish an Initial Security Deposit (ISD) of not less than 2% of the accepted value within 7 days of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be required if the accepted bid price is lower than the Cost Put to Tender, calculated incrementally based on the percentage difference.
