• Bidders must deploy at least one experienced Civil Engineer at the work site for the full time during layout and execution, unless the bidder is a Civil Engineer Contractor.
• The deployed Civil Engineer must have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from an AICTE recognized institute and at least two years of post-qualification experience in civil engineering survey, monitoring, quality control, or construction works.
• Bidders who have applied for/are undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)/Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR), facing recovery proceedings from Financial Institutions, or declared 'Sick' by BIFR in the last three financial years are not eligible.
