• Successfully completed similar type of work(s) in any one year during the last 7 years, meeting one of the following: three completed works each costing not less than 40% of estimated cost, or two completed works each costing not less than 50% of estimated cost, or one completed work costing not less than 80% of estimated cost.
• Similar work must cover construction of Road/Drain/Culvert/Bridge/Building work(s) for State Government/Central Government/PSUs/ULBs/Municipal Corporation.
• Average Annual Financial Turnover of not less than 30% of the estimated cost of the corresponding work during the last 3 financial years (FY 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26), certified by a registered Chartered Accountant with UDIN.

• Each intending bidder must furnish EMD @ 1% of the Estimated Cost put to tender.
• Successful bidder must furnish Initial Security Deposit (ISD) amounting to not less than 2% of the accepted value of the tender within 7 days from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

• The bid shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening.
