• Contractors registered with the State Governments (Class C & D) or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways.

• The bid security (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost, submitted in the form of a TDR.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be obtained from the selected bidder if the accepted bid price is lower than the Cost Put to Tender, calculated incrementally based on the percentage difference.
• The security deposit, including EMD, shall be 2% of the tendered amount and will be refunded after one year of completion of the work/audit and payment of the final bill.

• Contractors must use steel shuttering & centering, lined with suitable sheeting and made leak-proof and watertight.
• Concrete should be machine mixed unless otherwise ordered in writing by the Executive Engineer.
• The contractor must arrange their own concrete mixer, vibrator, and pumps.

• The completion period for most works is 3 calendar months, with Work No-11 and 12 having a 4 calendar month period.
• All bids received will remain valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline date for submission.
• A compensation for delay will be charged at 1.5% per month, not exceeding 10% of the Tendered Value of work.
