• EMD is 1% of the estimated cost, submitted as a TDR pledged in favor of the Executive Engineer (Agril.), Agriculture Engineering Division, Kendrapada.
• Non-submission of original bid security within the designated period will result in debarment from online bidding and cancellation of portal registration.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be obtained if the accepted bid price is lower than the Cost Put to Tender, calculated incrementally based on the percentage difference.
