• The EMD is 1% of the estimated cost, submitted as a TDR.
• Non-submission of original bid security within the designated period will lead to debarment from online bidding and cancellation of portal registration.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) will be obtained on an incremental basis if the accepted bid price is lower than the Cost Put to Tender, ranging from 0% to 5% + 0.5% for every percentage of ROPL below -30%.

• Steel shuttering & centering, lined with suitable sheeting and made leak-proof and water-tight, shall be used.
• Concrete should be machine mixed unless otherwise ordered in writing by the Executive Engineer.
• Contractor must arrange own concrete mixer, vibrator, and pumps.

• The bid validity period is 90 days.
• The completion period for most works is 3 calendar months, with works Sl No-11 & 12 having a 4 calendar month period.
