• SC/ST contractors up to 'B' Class are eligible for 50% exemption on Security Deposit (EMD, Initial Security, and Performance Security).
• Each intending bidder must furnish EMD at 1% of the Estimated Cost for each work, submitted online.

• The period of completion for works ranges from 60 to 180 Calendar Days.
• The successful bidder must submit a work program and sign the agreement within 7 days of the LoA.
