• Bidders must have executed similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) components within the last 5 years, meeting one of these conditions: 3 works each costing not less than 40% of bid value, OR 2 works each costing not less than 50% of bid value, OR 1 work costing not less than 80% of bid value.
• Firefighting Installation Contractors must have completed firefighting installation work of Building/Industries/Premises successfully, obtained a valid fire safety certificate, and the cost of each job should not be less than ₹10 lakhs.

• Annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years should be equal to the bid amount after due indexing.
• Bid capacity must be greater than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B).
• EMD/Bid Security is 1% of the estimated contract value, as specified in the IFB, and must be deposited online.

• No retired gazetted engineer/officer can work for the contractor within two years of retirement without Odisha Government permission.
• Bidders must possess a compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II or Class-III.
• Bidders must furnish evidence of ownership of principal machineries/equipment in Schedule-C (Annexure-I) and secure a minimum of 80% marks.
