• The bidder must have executed 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value in the last 5 years, OR 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value, OR 1 similar nature of building work with MEP components costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value.
• Bid capacity must be greater than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A=Maximum value of Civil Engg. Works executed in any year in preceding 5 yrs, N=No. of years prescribed for completion, B=Value of works in hand.
• Firefighting Installation Contractor must have completed firefighting installation work of Building/Industries/Premises successfully and obtained a valid fire safety certificate from Odisha Fire Services, with each job costing not less than 10 lakhs.

• Annual turnover in any of the preceding 5 years should be equal to the bid amount after due indexing.
• EMD/Bid Security is 1% of the estimated contract value, or as specified in the IFB (e.g., Rs. 7,07,600.00 for work 1), and must be deposited online.
• The successful bidder must furnish Performance Security and Additional Performance Security (if applicable) within 7 days of the opening of the financial bid.

• No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for the contractor for two years after retirement without prior permission.
• The bidder must possess compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II or Class-III.
• The bidder must secure a minimum of 60% marks for ownership of principal machineries/equipment listed in Schedule-C (Annexure-I).
