• Bidder must have successfully completed similar type of work(s) in any one year during the last 7 years, meeting one of the following: three completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, or two completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or one completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
• Similar work must cover Construction (not maintenance) of Building work(s) such as School/Hostel/Hospital/Office Buildings/Residential Buildings/Cyclone Shelters/Market Complexes/Institutional Buildings etc.

• Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is Rs. 69,300.00 for Ward No. 7 and Rs. 65,100.00 for Ward No. 11, to be furnished online @ 1% of the Estimated Cost.
• Initial Security Deposit (ISD) of not less than 2% of the accepted value of the tender must be furnished within 7 days from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
• Additional Performance Security (APS) is required if the accepted bid price is lower than the Cost Put to Tender, calculated incrementally based on the percentage difference.

• Bidders must ensure possession of or lease/hire agreement for tools, plants, equipment, and machineries as per Schedule-‘D’.
• Bidders will be technically disqualified if they secure less than 80 marks in the evaluation of tools, plants, machineries, and equipment.
• Deployment of at least one experienced Civil Engineer at the work site for the full time during lay out and execution of the work, with a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from an AICTE recognized institute and at least two years of post-qualification experience.

• Period of completion for each work is 9 (Nine) Calendar Months.
• If the percentage rate quoted by any bidder is lower than or equal to 15% less (-), such bid shall be rejected.
• If more than one bid is quoted at 14.99% less, the tender shall be finalized through a transparent lottery system.
