• Each intending bidder (unless a Civil Engineer Contractor) must deploy at least one experienced Civil Engineer at the work site for the full time during layout and execution.
• The deployed Civil Engineer must have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from an AICTE recognized institute and at least two years of post-qualification experience in civil engineering survey, monitoring, quality control, or construction works.
• Bidders who have applied for/are undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)/Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR), facing recovery proceedings from Financial Institutions, or declared/under consideration as 'Sick' by BIFR in the last three financial years are not eligible.

• Each intending bidder must furnish EMD @ 1% of the Estimated Cost put to tender, payable online.
• Successful bidders must furnish an Initial Security Deposit (ISD) of not less than 2% of the accepted tender value within 7 days of Letter of Acceptance (LoA) issuance.
