A P-1 / F-2 agreement must be executed by the successful tenderer within 15 days from the date of issue of the letter of acceptance.
All taxes, fees, royalties, etc., including income tax, will be paid by the contractor.
The contractor shall not sublet the contract work without prior approval of the competent authority.
