• An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 10,800/- is required for each work.
• An initial security deposit, as intimated, must be made by the successful tenderer for the due fulfillment of the contract.
• An additional 3% (for 'C' class) or 5% (for 'B' class) will be deducted from bills towards performance security, refundable after 12 months of successful completion of work and final bill payment.

• The contractor must possess the following mandatory tools and plants: 1 Tractor, 1 Concrete Mixer, 1 Needle Vibrator, 1 Plate Vibrator, 1 Water Tanker, Rigid Centering and Shuttering Plates (minimum area 1500 Sft), and 1 Generator.
• The information regarding tools and plants must be certified by an Engineer in Charge/Employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Divisional Forest Officer.
• Work must be completed strictly as per drawing and design appended to the P-1/F-2 agreement.

• The period of completion for each work is 3 months.
• The tender submitted shall remain valid for 3 months from the date of opening of the tender or completion of the work, and may be extended at the discretion of the Divisional Forest Officer.
• A P-1/F-2 agreement must be executed by the successful tenderer within 15 days from the date of issue of the letter of acceptance.
