• Additional performance security will be required if the bid amount is less than the estimated cost, at rates of 50% or 150% of the difference, depending on the percentage difference.

• The contractor must possess specific tools and plants: 1 Tractor, 1 Concrete Mixer, 1 Needle Vibrator, 1 Plate Vibrator, 1 Water tanker, Rigid Centering and Shuttering Plates (Minimum area 1500 Sft.), and 1 Generator.
• All machinery listed in Schedule-C are mandatory.
• The work must be completed as per relevant I.S specification / P.H specification and up-to-date amendments.
