• Contractors must be registered as "C" & "D" Class with the State Government or equivalent Grade/Class with Central Government/Railways.
• Bidders must possess a valid GSTIN certificate and PAN issued by the I.T. Department.
• Bidders must submit an affidavit confirming no criminal cases, no blacklisting by any department, and no abandonment of work in the last 5 years.

• An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 10,800/- is required for each work.
• An initial security deposit will be intimated to the successful bidder for due fulfillment of the contract.
• Further 3% (for 'C' class) or 5% (for 'B' class) will be deducted from bills towards performance security, refundable after 12 months of successful completion.

• The contractor must possess the following mandatory tools and plants: 1 Tractor, 1 Concrete Mixer, 1 Needle Vibrator, 1 Plate Vibrator, 1 Water tanker, Rigid Centering and Shuttering Plates (minimum area 1500 Sft.), and 1 Generator.
• Work must be completed as per relevant I.S specification / P.H specification and up-to-date amendments.
• Cement used must be 53 Grades OPC of I.E 455/1989.

• The period of completion for each work is 3 months.
• The tender submitted shall remain valid for 3 months from the date of opening of the tender.
• A P-1 / F-2 agreement must be executed by the successful tenderer within 15 days from the date of issue of the letter of acceptance.
