• An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 10,800/- is required for each work.
• An initial security deposit will be intimated to the successful bidder for due fulfillment of the contract.
• An additional 3% (for 'C' class) or 5% (for 'B' class) will be deducted from bills towards performance security, refundable after 12 months of successful completion of work.

• The contractor must possess specific tools and plants: 1 Tractor, 1 Concrete Mixer, 1 Needle Vibrator, 1 Plate Vibrator, 1 Water tanker, Rigid Centering and Shuttering Plates (minimum area 1500 Sft.), and 1 Generator.
• All machinery listed in Schedule-C are mandatory.
• Work must be completed as per relevant I.S specification / P.H specification and up-to-date amendments.
