• An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 10,800/- is required for each work.
• The contractor must make an initial security deposit as intimated, which, along with the EMD, will secure the contract.
• An additional 3% (for 'C' class) or 5% (for 'B' class) will be deducted from bills towards performance security, refundable after 12 months of successful completion.

• The period of completion for each work is 3 months.
