• No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for contractor for two years after retirement without prior permission.
• Contractor must secure a minimum of 60% marks for ownership of principal machineries/equipment listed in Schedule-C.
• The bidder must possess a compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II or Class-III.
