• No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for contractor for two years after retirement without prior Government permission.
• Contractors are required to furnish evidence of ownership of principal machineries/equipments as per Schedule-C and secure a minimum of 80% marks for them.
• Required plant and equipment include: 2 Concrete Mixers, 1 Generator (not less than 33 KVA), 2 Needle Vibrators, 2 Plate Vibrators, 2 Trucks/Tippers, 300 sqm Centering & Shuttering Materials, and 1 Water Tanker.

• Intended completion period: 11 (Eleven) Calendar Months from the date of issue of work order.
• Bid validity period: 90 days from the last date prescribed for receipt of tenders.
