The acceptance of the tender and award of the contract rests with the Chief Engineer, (Buildings & Bridges), Rural Works, Bhubaneswar, who reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning reasons.
Tenders will remain valid for a period of ninety days from the date of receipt.

Compensation for delay is 0.5% on the estimated cost per day for un-commenced or unfinished work, not exceeding 10% of the estimated cost.
