Eligibility
7 items- Contractors must be 'B' & 'C' Class registered with the State Governments or equivalent Grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways.
- The bidder must possess a matching class compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
- An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years, prior to the bid date, is debarred.

- For turn-key tenders, civil contractors must enter into a joint venture agreement with eligible registered P.H. and Electrical contractors, registered under the appropriate legal authority.
- The civil contractor must possess registration for P.H. and Electrical works under the same name and style, or enter into a joint venture agreement for the E.I. component of the work.
- The bidder should not apply for more than two works; if selected for more than two, the L2 bidder will be considered for award of works excepting two works.
- Fluorescent light fittings/T5 type fittings, if suspended, must have each fixing capable of sustaining at least 1.1 kg of dead weight, and be suspended not less than 2.60 meters (8’-6”) above the finished floor level.
