Construction of Additional Class Room and upgradation of existing infrastucture of primary school lapanga ,at Lapanga.

• Contractors exempted from EMD payment must upload documentary evidence for such exemption.
• Engineer Contractors desirous of EMD exemption must submit an affidavit stating they have not availed the facility for more than two works (excluding this one) during the current financial year.
• If proposing to engage machineries and equipments owned or hired but deployed outside the state, an additional 1% EMD/Bid Security is required.
• The Bid Security (EMD) is 1% of the estimated cost, pledged in favour of the Block Development Officer, Rengali, Sambalpur.
• Bidders desirous to hire machineries or equipments from outside the State or owned but deployed outside the state are required to furnish 2% of the amount put to tender as Bid security.
• Additional performance security is required if the bid amount is less than the estimated cost, calculated incrementally based on the percentage below the estimated cost.
• Additional performance security must be deposited within 7 days of the issue of the letter of acceptance.
• No preference will be given to MSMEs registered contractors for EMD exemption or concessional performance security.
• Bids received without the required EMD will be rejected.
• The successful bidder must sign the agreement and furnish the required Performance Security and Additional Performance Security (if any) within 15 days of the issue of the letter of acceptance.
• Performance Security, including EMD, shall be 2% of the tendered amount (excluding 1% for hiring out-of-state equipment), and will be refunded after 12 months of work completion and final bill payment.
• The prevailing percentage of Income Tax and GST will be deducted from the contractor's bill.
• Cess @1% will be deducted from the contractor's bill.
