• Achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover equal to Rs. 197.73 Lakh during the last three years ending 31st March of the previous financial year, certified by a Chartered Accountant.
• Satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, during the last five financial years, either three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 49.43 lakh each, or two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 69.21 lakh each, or one similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 98.87 lakh.
• Similar work constitutes construction/maintenance of roads.

• The EMD/bid security is Rs. 1,97,800.00, to be submitted online.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) is required if the bid amount is less than the estimated cost, calculated incrementally based on the percentage difference from the estimated cost.
• The APS will be the exact amount of differential cost (estimated cost minus quoted amount) in the shape of Term Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee, pledged in favour of the Divisional Officer/Superintending Engineer, Kendujhar (R&B) Division, Kendujhar, from any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in India, counter-guaranteed by its local branch at Bhubaneswar, and must be furnished within seven days of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
