• Achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 178.94 Lakh in civil engineering construction and maintenance works during the last three financial years (ending 31st March of previous financial year), certified by a Chartered Accountant.
• Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for similar works (construction/maintenance of roads) during the last five financial years, either: three works costing not less than Rs. 44.74 Lakh each, OR two works costing not less than Rs. 62.63 Lakh each, OR one work costing not less than Rs. 89.47 Lakh.
• Available bid capacity must be more than the total bid value, calculated as (A*N*2.5 - B) where A is maximum value of civil engineering works in any one year during last three years, N is number of years for completion of work, and B is value of existing commitments and ongoing works.

• The EMD/bid security is Rs. 1,79,000.00, to be remitted online.
• Additional Performance Security (APS) is required if the bid amount is less than the estimated cost put to tender, calculated based on a sliding scale depending on the percentage less than the estimated cost.

• Contractors are required to furnish evidence of ownership of principal machineries/equipments in Schedule-C as per Annexure-I of the Qualification Information, securing a minimum of 80% marks.
