• No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for the contractor for two years after retirement without prior government permission.
• The contractor must furnish evidence of ownership of principal machineries/equipment as per Schedule-C, Annexure-I, and secure a minimum of 80% marks for these.
• A time schedule for movement of equipment/machinery from other sites to the tendered work site must be furnished if the contractor is executing several works.
