• Contractor must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost in any three financial years within the last five preceding years for road works.

• Contractor must have a total financial turnover in Civil Engineering works not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years within the last five preceding financial years.
• Bid Capacity must be more than the Estimated Cost of the work, calculated as (A*N*2-B).
• Bid Security (EMD) amount as per NIT annexure must be transferred online.

• Contractor must provide an undertaking to procure material mix from a Hot Mix Plant established within 60 km from the work site.
• Contractor must furnish evidence of ownership for principal machineries/equipment, or proof of ownership from the company/person providing equipment on hire/lease with long-term contracts/agreements/lease deeds for a minimum period equal to completion period plus 90 days.
• Required machineries include: Hot mix plant (60-90 TPH and above - 1 No.), Paver Finisher (with sensor control/mechanical - 1 No.), Front End Loader (1 No.), Vibratory Roller/Tandem Roller (1 No.), Power Road Roller (8-10 tonne - 1 No.), Hydraulic Excavator (1 No.), Concrete Mixture (2 Nos.), Water Tanker (5 KL and above - 1 No.), Tipper (10 Tonne - 2 Nos.), Generator (33KVA and above - 1 No.), Self loading Concrete Mixture Machine (1 No.), Niddle & Plate Vibrator (2 Nos.), Concrete Joint Cutting Machine (1 No.).
